Part of Council Regulations 25 of 2002: Trust Regulations
1. There shall be a Leitor in Portuguese, whose stipend shall be paid by the Instituto de Cultura e Língua Portuguesa, Lisbon, and who shall be appointed by the Board of the Faculty of Medieval and Modern Languages in consultation with the Instituto de Cultura e Língua Portuguesa, upon such conditions as to duties and tenure as the board shall approve.
2. A Director of Portuguese Studies shall be appointed by the Board of the Faculty of Medieval and Modern Languages under such conditions as shall be determined by that board.
