Part of Council Regulations 25 of 2002: Trust Regulations
1. The Curators of the University Chest shall be authorized to accept a sum of money of about £100 subscribed by past and present members of the School of Geography for the purpose of establishing an annual prize in memory of the late Professor Andrew John Herbertson, and any further sums which may hereafter be subscribed towards the same purpose, and to invest the whole as a separate fund to be called the ‘Herbertson Memorial Fund’.
2. The interest thereon shall be used for the maintenance of a prize as aforesaid, to be awarded in such manner as the Board of the Faculty of Anthropology and Geography shall from time to time determine.
