Part of Council Regulations 25 of 2002: Trust Regulations
1. The Michael Wills Scholarships shall be tenable at Oxford by students from the Federal German Republic who have already pursued a course for at least two years at a university in their own country or at some other approved university.
2. The scholarships shall be of such number and value as shall be agreed by the Dulverton Trustees in consultation with the University, and shall be tenable for two years.
3. For as long as students from Oxford holding scholarships in Germany under the provisions of § 106, cl. 2 and § 154, cll. 1 and 3 of this section are excused university fees by universities or other institutions of higher learning in the Federal Republic of Germany, no university fee shall be required from students from the Federal Republic of Germany holding Michael Wills Scholarships in Oxford.
4. The scholarships shall be administered and the arrangements for the selection of the scholars shall be made by the Board of Management for the Michael Foster and Michael Wills Scholarships under the provisions of § 106, cl. 4 of this section.
