Jim Croxford joined on 9 December 2024 as Head of BI. Jim is a technology leader with extensive experience in delivering digital, data and technology projects. During a 25-year career in professional services, he has utilised his understanding of the consumer and higher education industries to assist clients in leveraging information to enhance their decision-making capabilities, deepen customer/student relationships, and improve operating efficiencies and financial returns. He has expanded his project management skills through numerous high-profile services engagements with the world's top corporations.
Jim worked for IBM for 15 years in both the USA and UK, gaining valuable experience as a project manager on technical and strategy projects for clients in the retail, airline and consumer goods industries. Prior to starting a career in consulting Jim spent 15 years at two of the top brands in the airline and retail industries. Jim has most recently specialised in supporting transformation projects in the higher education industry, having led Banner implementations at University of Southampton and the University of Law, and is delighted to now be continuing his career as the Head of Business Intelligence at the University of Oxford.
