Part of Council Regulations 25 of 2002: Trust Regulations
The £12,000 bequeathed to the University by the late Dr H.E. Blakiston shall constitute a fund to be known as the Blakiston Fund for the purchase of works of graphic art, subject to payment of an annuity of £52 per annum.
