Part of Council Regulations 25 of 2002: Trust Regulations
Made by the General Purposes Committee of Council on 11 June 2009
1. The residue of a donation from the family of Mr S. Ioannou for the purpose of establishing the Ioannou Centre, together with any further donations for the general purposes of the Faculty of Classics, shall be known as ‘The Classics Faculty Ioannou Centre General Trust’.
2. The University shall retain all of the Fund as permanent endowment and shall apply the net income of the Fund towards the furtherance of the academic purposes of the Faculty of Classics.
3. The administration of the Fund, and the application of its income, shall be the responsibility of the Board of the Faculty of Classics.
4. Regulations 1 and 3 above may be amended by Council.
