Power of Council to alter Decrees
Subject to the following provisions Council shall have power from time to time to alter any of the decrees contained in this section:
(1) except in regard to the constitution of the electorate of a chair no alteration shall be made in any of the decrees contained in this section unless either chair shall be vacant or the holder of the chair shall consent to the proposed alteration;
(2) where a college is represented upon the Board of Electors to a chair no alteration shall be made in the representation of the college and no addition shall be made to the number of the electors without the consent of the governing body of the college;
(3) before proposing any alteration in any of the decrees contained in this section, Council shall consult any Board or Boards of Faculties concerned.
