Made by the General Purposes Committee of Council on 24 January 2008
1. The residue of the benefaction from Dr W.A. Pantin, together with any further donations for this purpose, shall be known as the Pantin Fund.
2. The University shall apply the Fund towards the achievement of the objectives of the University Archives.
3. The administration of the Fund shall be the responsibility of the Committee for the Archives which shall establish a Board of Management comprising: (1) the Chairman of the Committee; (2) the Keeper of the Archives; (3) the Keeper of Special Collections in the University Library Services.
4. Regulations 1 and 3 above may be amended by Council.
