Travers Smith Braithwaite Lecturer in the Law of Corporate Finance

1. The University accepts with gratitude the moneys offered by the solicitors Travers Smith Braithwaite to fund a lecturership which shall be known as the Travers Smith Braithwaite Lecturership in the Law of Corporate Finance.
2. The lecturer shall be appointed by the Board of the Faculty of Law in accordance with the provisions of Sect. IV, § 3, of this chapter and shall lecture and give instruction in the Law of Corporate Finance.
3. Council shall have power to alter this decree from time to time, subject always to the concurrence of Travers Smith Braithwaite or any successor (whether direct or indirect) to that firm.
