Part of Council Regulations 25 of 2002: Trust Regulations
Amended by Decree (2) of 25 October 2001
1. The bequest of the residuary estate of the late Edward Harry William Meyerstein shall be held upon trust for the University of Oxford absolutely for the purposes of literary or archaeological research.
2. The first charge on the annual income of the bequest shall be the cost of the upkeep of the Meyerstein tomb in the churchyard of the parish church of St John, Hampstead.
3. The available income from the bequest shall be divided equally between the Board of the Faculty of English Language and Literature and the Life and Environmental Sciences Board.
