1. There shall be two Professors of Management Studies, each of whom shall lecture and give instruction in Management Studies.
2. The first professor shall be elected by an electoral board consisting of:
(1) the Vice-Chancellor, or, if the President of Templeton College is Vice-Chancellor, a person appointed by Council;
(2) the President of Templeton College, or, if the President is unable or unwilling to act, a person appointed by the Governing Body of Templeton College;
(3) a person appointed by the Governing Body of Templeton College;
(4), (5) two persons appointed by Council;
(6) a person appointed by the Social Sciences Board;
(7)–(9) three persons appointed by the Executive Committee of the Saïd Business School.
3. The second professor shall be elected by an electoral board consisting of:
(1) the Vice-Chancellor, or, if the Principal of St Edmund Hall is Vice-Chancellor, a person appointed by Council;
(2) the Principal of St Edmund Hall, or, if the Principal is unable or unwilling to act, a person appointed by the Governing Body of St Edmund Hall;
(3) a person appointed by the Governing Body of St Edmund Hall;
(4), (5) two persons appointed by Council;
(6) a person appointed by the Social Sciences Board;
(7)–(9) three persons appointed by the Executive Committee of the Saïd Business School.
4. Each professor shall be subject to the General Provisions of the decree concerning the duties of professors and to those Particular Provisions of the same decree which are applicable to these chairs.
